How the process works
Step 1 — Review our Terms, Membership Agreement, Rules, and Ethos
Please take a moment to read our terms of service, membership agreement (which you will be asked to sign if your application is approved), and our rules/ethos. If you’re comfortable with them, continue to Step 2.
Step 2 — Join the waiting list by completing our application form
Please complete the short verification form. This helps us understand who’s joining and how best to support them. It also ensures we can contact you when the next onboarding window opens.
Step 3 — Application review
Once your form is submitted, our team will review your details and contact you with next steps.
What we’ll ask for in the full application
We collect a small amount of information to help us manage applications consistently and fairly. This includes basic identity verification (such as proof of ID and proof of address), which is a standard part of our onboarding process.
Our aim is to create a safe, supportive, and well‑run environment for everyone. The application process helps us:
- confirm who is joining the community
- ensure we can offer the right support to each member
- maintain a positive and constructive atmosphere
- manage onboarding at a sustainable pace
These checks are routine and help us make sure the community remains a welcoming space for genuine participants.
