This privacy notice does not cover how our Users may use or share data that they collect using our services.

Sharing Within the Empower the People Family

Unauthorised Accounts
If an account or profile was created without your knowledge or authorisation, please send an email to secretary@empowerthepeople.earth to request removal of the account or profile.

We retain your personal information to provide services to you and as otherwise necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will retain your personal information for no more than seven years following the date on which you or we terminate your Membership, unless you request otherwise. Such requests for deletion of data will only be actioned where there are no disputes, legal proceedings, or outstanding complaints to resolve.
